Our matcha is organic and is "ceremonial grade," intended and perfect for cafe use. Our match is just matcha no fillers, no added sugar. Our retail pouch of matcha (40g) will make cafes approximately 16 hot or iced cups of tea, you need only use 1 2 teaspoons per 16 oz cup.
